TopCare was selected by Massachusetts General Hospital’s (MGH) Cancer Center as the core technology to support its Patient Navigation Program.
MGH was one of six grant recipients from the Merck Foundation’s Alliance to Advance Patient-Centered Cancer Care. TopCare, a population health management solution jointly created by SRGT and MGH’s Laboratory of Computer Science, has been the technology partner for patient navigation at MGH since 2011.
