Information we collect. We collect information in the following ways:  

• Information you give us. When you register as a user or use these services, we may ask for personal information, like your name, address, email address, telephone number, personal preferences, etc. to store with your account. This information may be updated by you. We may not remove or update information in backups or archive systems. During the registration process, credit card information is collected by PayPal and governed by their privacy policies. 

• Information you place in your SMARTWallet. SMARTWallet is a simple, easy to use and customizable personal wallet with personal folders to privately and securely store, organize and access your IDs, medical Information, trip documents and other important personal information and documents on your mobile phone. No data is collected, used or shared without your permission. You may choose to share your data with us, your travel providers or others, as needed. You can turn off data sharing at any time. With SMARTWallet, your information is private and secure, you OWN your data, and YOU CONTROL who you share it with.  

• Other content, comments or information posted or submitted by you outside of your SMARTWallet. You may post or submit content, comments or information on our site from time to time as permitted. You agree that any such content, comments or information is public information governed by our Terms of Use and not private information governed by this Privacy Policy. Please see our Terms of Use.

• Information we may get from your use of these services. When you use these services, we may collect information about the services that you use and how you use them. This information includes: 

  • Device information, such as your hardware model, operating system version, unique device identifiers, and mobile network information including phone number may be collected and associated with your user account. 

  • Log information, such as how you used our service, search queries, your phone number, SMS  routing information, time, date, type, duration, etc. of calls or requests, SMS routing information,  internet protocol address, event information, crashes, system activity, hardware settings, browser  type, browser language, referral URL, cookies that may uniquely identify your browser or your user  account 

  • Location information, such as your actual location, IP address, GPS information, nearby devices, Wi Fi access points and cell towers.
